I say no necklace, because the drooping neckline draws enough attention to the chest area. I would stick to diamond stud earrings (clear or in a light pink if you can find it), a silver charm bracelet (something delicate), and I would wear your hair in a dramatic, pulled, sleeked back pony tail.
