Parents Against Henshin Shows? What?
More than a question, I'd like to know the opinion of you people. Think of it as an open thread in a forum.
Personally I'm a fan of Kamen Rider (And it's tribute/parody, Viewtiful Joe) and my cousin is Ye Typical Soccer Mom. With the knews of Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight spreading, she wants, along her Soccer Mon Friends "ban" this show from airing down here Mexico Way.
These people, as always, think this shows makes children violent.
Which I think it's non-true. I think it's more the enviroment in family and stuff than a sci-fi show about a Biker with a Mask. Not to mention Kamen Rider is aimed at older (Pre-Teen and Teen) audiences rather than children (have you seen how many people die!?).
Thoughts?
They show may be whatever a show can be, people don't have the right to choose of others.
If she doesn't want her kid to watch something she should exercise better parenting, and not police what the rest might or might not want to watch. The world does not revolve around her offspring.
