Im 34 weeks pregnant and i be having a lot of cramps on my left leg,What is the meaning to that?

While im sleeping i be having a lot of cramps on my left leg i cant even walk or stand up,Is it bad?

Congratulations, Mommy! What an exciting time for you! And apparently one that come with no sleep!! Leg Cramping during pregnancy is very normal. You have all that weight being supported by your back and legs. During my first pregnancy, they were so bad at night that I would literally wake up screaming and jumping out of bed to try to stretch or squash the pain!! You may want to increase your calcium/magnesium intake. Calcium/magnesium has had proven results with cramping. Talk to your doctor about it.
Lots of stretching during the day can help as well. Long walks in the evening can help as well. Its nice because it also can "rock" the baby to sleep and then perhaps the little bean won't be throwing punches and kicks as you lie there trying to get much needed sleep.
Good luck! And congrats!
