How should I force germinate a mexican weeping pine seed?
I have looked everywhere, and I know about the stratification methods. But they all say "it depends on the seed." I don't know what to do for the weeping pine seed.
I have forced germinated many other seeds so you can try this..
Soak your seeds over night in cool water.
Get your self good potting soil. If you can get the JIFFY seed starting kits it will be best.
Plant your seeds and keep them moist. Make sure there covered with a clear top to hold the moisture. Keep it in a full sunny area. Keep soil very warm. Give it two weeks. The wet warm soil should do the trick. You can use a lamp to help keep the soil warm.
Plant the sprouts right away! This method can cause mold. Best to plant when they sprout to avoid any problems with disease.
