When and why did the Gundam series get so lame?
I remember 0079. The Gundam & Mobile Suits weren't incredibly advanced. They were actually relatively realistic and feasible. It wasn't exactly far-fetched to believe that man could create something like that... but then you look at some pathetically retarded series like Gundam Wing. What the...? What the hell is this? Dragon Ball Z with mechs?
I Think you meant G Gundam, not Gundam Wing.
Gundam Wing actually more realistic than some of the UC timeline Gundam series.
To answer the question, i think G Gundam started the down fall, since it was created to sell many model kits, just as Gundam series today.
