What is the ultimate energy blend?
What is the ultimate energy blend? It can either be liquid or solid. I'm looking for something with caffeine, vitamins, and made with mostly natural ingredients. It also would be great if I could make it at home. Exact recipes are appreciated!

Instant Energy Snack Balls
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dried figs
1 cup dates
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
Separate grind apricots, figs, dates, and raisins in a food processor. Add unsweetened coconut. Mix almond butter and honey. Combine the fruit mixture and almond butter mixture. Make into balls and chill in refrigerator.
